I usually had a OK experience with this place but the front desk manager, Chloe, was completely unprofessional when addressing my concerns. She tried blaming me for them forgetting to do a procedure on my dog. How do you mess that up and blame the client????? It is on the schedule but I did not mention it and missed the signature for anasthesia? I mentioned it when I walked in the morning. She said I didn't remind them... why is it my resonating to remind them??? The whole point of being there was to prevent my dog from ha... read more

We had an emergency spay for our pregnant husky we had to get done today and they had cancelled on us the day of the appointment. She had a litter 7 months ago and they accidentally got tied again so it would be best to spay her. Its not like its close to me either, it is quite the drive so thats unfortunate. I called at least 20 other vets 3 weeks ago and was set on this one, it was the soonest. They didnt even let me know any of the pre-op instructions such as not allowing her to eat or drink anything after midnight the ni... read more

I love this place, Dr G!!! 👍😊 the staff genuinely care and have a passion for animals here. My girl has had two c sections here and I felt comfortable knowing she was in good hands both times! Thank you to your lovely staff for performing the c section on my Blu today! See you soon for shots!

Business response:

So glad we were able to take care of sweet Blu and her babes! Thanks for your trust in us!

Had knee surgery done on our dog and they did the wrong leg! At First they acknowledge the wrong doing and now are ignoring us. We haven’t even gotten our money back and had to get the Staples out by another vet. 2 1/2 weeks later. Next step is lawyer so please don’t go to them.

Business response:

Hi Anita, Unfortunately, there is some miscommunication going on. Dr Norris discussed these concerns with you and did discuss comping the second surgery to you based on the miscommunication of both CCL’s being torn (one of the two knee surgeries being done first). If you could please give us a call at 3039872026 and ask to speak to Dr Norris or Jenna, we would like to clear this confusion up with you.

Business response:

We apologize for the miscommunication of this situation. We hope that speaking to our staff on Thursday cleared some of this up. We are very sorry for you loss and wish you the best.

We recently adopted a dog who was heartworm positive. He was on the initial pill protocol but he needed the final shot. The rescue organization made arrangements with Red Rocks Animal Center. We dropped him off unaware they were going to keep him for two nights. The tech took him in with his leash and harness. 10 or 15 minutes later the vet came out to explain the procedure. She said that they would contact us the following day to give us an update because the shot protocol can be very harsh and side effects could surface. T... read more
