Red Rock Villas was a great place to call home. We lived there for two years. Outside of some of my petty grievances on timeliness of things, the property was well maintained, nice office staff and very pleasant maintenance team.

Moved from SoCal to LV and needed a temp rental while searching for perm home. The Red Rock Villas fit the bill perfectly, in so many ways. Wendy was a great help with the lease details, courteous and timely in follow through, and made the process easy both moving in, and now moving out. Ashley and Mike have been great with work orders (i.e. clogged sink/drain, battery replacements for garage openers, air filter replacements), and obliged our ask for booties over shoes in unit. I've lived here for almost three years now and I can say I've really enjoyed renting at this complex. It's relatively small, well maintained (they recently revamped the landscaping and it looks fantastic), and very quiet. I've had issues with noisy neighbors in the past but it's never been an issue here. The maintenance team is very responsive in my experience. Few complexes offer attached garages, and it's worth it in Las Vegas. The two bedroom units are a good size with a giant master bedroom.

I am extremely disappointed with the way management handled a recent situation involving my family. We were accused of being responsible for loud music at the pool, despite the fact that the people playing the music were complete strangers to us. We did not know them, were not with them, and had nothing to do with their music. Despite this, management chose to blame our family and ban our children from the pool without properly investigating what happened or verifying whether we were actually involved.
