The waiting area here is a disaster. It feels like mental confinement—the space is far too small and poorly laid out, forcing you to sit just a few feet away from people who have zero respect or social awareness. To make matters worse, the seats are terrible and completely unsuitable for anyone dealing with injuries or chronic pain. The facility is fine. My issue was with billing. My claims have taken 4 months to go through. This put me in a tough position because I had to pay my out of pocket several times over for other procedures this year. When I call to ask the status, no one answers. I leave a message but no response. Other than that, I got 3 spine procedures done there. Not a single time did they schedule an anesthesiologist. I ended up getting the procedures without proper sedation for my first two procedures.
