Everything went great for my procedure. Everyone was very thoughtful, thorough and had great bedside manner. Answered all of my questions and concerns. Helped me with everything I needed while there. They eased all my anxiety about this procedure.
I had such a wonderful experience at Red Rock Surgery Center with Dr. Hathaway! Everything was incredibly professional, smooth, and well-organized from beginning to end. Dr. Hathaway was amazing, and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. A special shoutout to all the ladies who were so friendly, welcoming, and attentive! Stay far away from this place! We never actually made it to this place. But my husband has been waiting to have a surgery. We got a referral to this place. They took over THREE weeks to tell us they don't accept our insurance. And that's after my husband called them 2x to see what's going on. The third time he called is when they finally told him. So, they took that long to even figure out they couldn't take our insurance and then they weren't even going to call to let us know. Stay away. So unbelievably unprofessional. I wo... read more
