The facility is fine. My issue was with billing. My claims have taken 4 months to go through. This put me in a tough position because I had to pay my out of pocket several times over for other procedures this year. When I call to ask the status, no one answers. I leave a message but no response. Other than that, I got 3 spine procedures done there. Not a single time did they schedule an anesthesiologist. I ended up getting the procedures without proper sedation for my first two procedures.
Great service. I was taken back immediately. Front desk girl was very helpful and helped me fill out my paperwork.
Tiffany was my pre-op nurse, and since it was my first time going through this, she did an amazing job easing my nerves and making me feel comfortable. Kelli was my OR nurse,she was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I was fully prepared for the procedure. Alyssa was my PACU nurse, and she was so kind and helpful throughout my post-op recovery. I’m beyond impressed with the care I received and would absolutely recommend Red Rock Surgery Center to anyone.
I recently had cataract surgeries performed at Red Rock Surgery Center, and my experience was truly excellent. From start to finish, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Everyone I encountered was comforting and reassuring, taking the time to check and double-check everything to ensure my safety and comfort. All care providers were great. The scheduling and wait time were not. I was supposed to arrive at 1 for a 2 appt. I was called at 12;45 asking if I was still coming for my 1 appt. I explained that it was at 2 but rushed over for 1. I went into the OR at 4
