I was satisfied with the work that Jacob did for me in helping me get my life back on track.
Took my mother here and the staff was very understanding. And helpful when there was an issue with my insurance, they got it figured out that day. My mother loved talking with the therapist. There was a lobby tv for my kids to watch if I had to bring them along, with clean toys in the little play room. Very organized. Spoke with the director who was super helpful and hooked us up with resources too.
Okay so I’ve been waiting a month for my records. Looks like when I called they only now since the 11th of September that clinical staff has started the process of trying to get these records to me. The secretary I’ve spoken with is so incredibly nice, but I’m still waiting for my records from Eric Mason who I feel completely wasted my time for an entire year. I had access through a portal for a year but now it’s unavailable. I will update this as Denise the secretary let me know it could take up to a month from September 11... read more
Brooke Kniep has been my therapist for a very long time now and I have benefitied tremndously from our sessions together. She took me from a very difficult time in my life and gave me confidence and a way forward. I have enjoyed our sessions and she genuinly cares about me and I would recommend her to anyone who is having difficulties or wants to grow as a person. She is not quick to judge and has a variety of expertise.
