Singed up online for pest control. Had a back and forth phone tag situation until finally was able to speak with someone to schedule our service. They never showed up or returned my calls. I called a competitor and that competitor came within the hour of my phone call.
They come out consistently, are polite and friendly and we are bug free!
We have had their service for over a year now. We had our scheduled appointment this past Saturday. No call No show. My wife called this morning and they apologized and said they would have someone out today between 1-4pm. Again no call no show. This is now the 2nd time we have had scheduling issues with this company. My dog found a scorpion in the house about 2-3 weeks ago so we have been checking with a black light every night until our appointment to advise the tech.
