We have lots of issues with our current HOA board and Windsor Trace in Indian land, SC and when we forced the board (96 signature petition) to switch companies was hoping things would be better. our board does not communicate, cancelled our 2023 Finacial meeting and raised rates with no ratifying the budget, delayed our annual June meeting (required every Jine in our bylaws) by 3 months because of a pending lawsuit they will not talk about even though they say they are only volunteers.
