Terrible staff and service!!! The doctor was dismissive during our first appointment, didn’t ask questions, and didn’t seem to care much. We were also told this was a Spanish-speaking office, but no one on the staff speaks Spanish. The staff has a terrible attitude, and instead of solving problems, they act like we are a bother. They are terrible at problem-solving and don’t have the skills to deal with patients or technology! Dr Stefanova is so attentive and caring. She made me feel very comfortable with my issues due to her extensive knowledge!! I highly recommended her for your gynecological needs as well as being a primary physician!
Amazing Dr. Stefanova! I have fought the thought of having to start seeing a PCP for years, but as 40 approaches it was time to start getting checked up! She listened to all my concerns that I had neglected over the years & she is getting me on the right path to take better care of myself. Her staff was very professional & kind, it was a huge sigh of relief and i wont hesitate to continue seeing her again!
