I just went to Red Rock Eyecare for my yearly check up. The eye doctor was very knowledgeable and kind but the 2 ladies that worked at the main counter were maybe the two most unprofessional people to deal with than anyone i have ever dealt with before. They both had large amounts of rude condescending tones in their voices and this was also backed up with numerous eye rolls. Whoever owns Red Rock Eyecare needs to go over to the fast food restaurant across the street and hire anyone they can because it will be an important!!... read more

Very unprofessional staff, I get my eyes checked every year and never have to do as many follow ups as I had to do with them and they didn’t even give me a prescription now they want me to pay for another eye exam when it’s only been 5 months since the last one they did
