Fraudulent random pricing. Stay away from them. They trapped you over the phone. Big liars. I have been wrongly informed about pricing. The price changes according to random situation.
RIP OFF. They charge for glasses and contact prescription separately. Every where else I've called does glasses and contact prescriptions for one price. So now I'm stuck with JUST a glasses prescription for two years unless I want to pay $130+ out of pocket for a contact exam. Not to mention the girls working here are clueless. Spoke with Karina on Friday who read me my PD range, lost the paper and called back Monday and Veronica tried to tell me "we don't give that out here." Worst place ever I had such a bad experience.....I literally hate the eye doctor from here....they should of told me they dont treat kids....my daughter is literally traumatized she talks about how that lady hurted her eyes with her long nails...I HATE THIS PLACE...
Worst service ever! The receptionist Gaby was so rude when I requested my prescription over fax. It is completely ridiculous because I am out of state for months at a time, it is my eye prescription not a paper that says I have cancer. Also last year I ordered contacts with them, and paid 10$ more to have them shipped to my address and they were not, they shipped them to their office and I had no contacts for the wedding that I needed them for. They need to pay better attention and do their job right.
