My favorite coffeeshop in the Bay Area, if not of all time. The coffee they select is always great and the all the baristas are well trained. If you can manage it, I would definitely come in for the single origin bar. They'll take extra time to prepare an amazing cup of coffee whether you like pour over or a shot of espresso. The ambience is nice, not weirdly quiet and never too loud. They also hold community events which is great. Overall a great place for good coffee and meeting friends to hang out.
Awesome place for coffee of course. We really enjoy the open mic night every Monday especially. We really like listening to Craig Marker and can't wait for him to be the featured artist.

This is a cute, and friendly coffee shop! They host open mic nights, story hour and comedy performances. Not only are the baristas nice but the coffee is amazing and the environment is inviting.
Seriously good coffee and enjoyably festive place to watch people work their tablets, iphones, etc. and the fact that my daughter works there and appreciates tips (which means she doesn't bug me for gas money as often) is all good. Open mic night is a hoot with some serious talent popping up
