I've been a patient at Red Rock Dental for about 4 years now. All the staff are very friendly, efficient and caring, including the two docs!
Moved my dental care to Red Rock dental. Dr. Byers is a thorough and polite, patient and helpful. The office is very efficient, and helpful. They have an easy access portal and it is a quick interface for the patient.
My wife went to see Dr. Hughes on February 15th for a crown replacement with high anxiety for any dentist. Dr. Hughes was so gentle and caring, she felt so relieved afterward, even though there was slight pain after some shaving of the gums. I wen in to get an update as to how my implant was progressing and found all was excellent and he replaced the screw to shape the gums with no discomfort. I cant say that going to the dentist is ever a pleasurable experience, but I CAN say that Dr Byers and his staff were very professional, respectful and caring about my comfort and well being during my two simultaneous procedures. I had a broken tooth crowned and some old bonding replaced on a front tooth. After the crown prep was done and the crown was being prepared in-house Dr. Byers worked on my front tooth. While on vacation in Sedona, I broke off a part of my tooth. Dr. Hughes and his excellent staff worked me in immediately. Totally impressed. High tech dentistry and super efficient process. Turns out I will need additional work so we are considering planning a return vacation (1300 miles) to get some additional work done. A good excuse to come back to Sedona !!! THANKS GUYS !!!!!!

Called for emergency dental service to evaluate a broken crown! Was on holiday in Sedona and did not want my visit ruined!! Got attention same day and problem explained. Found the staff to be very caring,professional and thorough! An honest evaluation was given to me and temporary work was done until I return to my dentist at home in Pa!
