I always get great service and super yummy food. I never have to send my burger back because this place always gets it right on the first try. Their garlic fries are to die for. I never can eat just one.
I was there for a late lunch,Ryan the wait staff was totally amazing. He offered suggestions gave me his recommendations on what he liked. I never had to ask for anything. He was very polite and courtious. Next time i come in, i will ask for his section. Ryan did an amazing job. He is a asset to your restaurant and makes the dining experience one i won't forget.
Our waitress Hayley was amazing and met all of our needs and was very kind. She made sure my friend that was with us that had food allergies was also taken care of. The food was amazing as always!
The food is always great and so is the service. We don't get up to the city often, but when we do...we absolutely make a point to go there. And the management always has been in presence to make sure everything is good. We give them a 10.
Great service, you have to ASK for French fries, but they come hot,hot,hot
I love the Banzai Burger and now the fry sauces too. And they have sweet potato fries? Yumm! We have always had great service at Red Robin and you can use the tabletop kiosk if you need anything between the times your server checks in with you. I never have had to use it yet, except to pay my bill which is really nice since you dont have to let someone run off with your cards like most restaurants.
Server Seraphina is in the wrong line of work. Put our appetizer order in and finally did our actual food order 30 minutes later. Only had 3 -4 tables and couldn't handle any of them. We got our own refills at the server drink station. I feel for her manager who was giving sorry ecplanations to each table of oyr server. Definitely a horrible visit! After telling the manager of our food wait, he expedited the order.
