Normally we love Red Robin and go quite often, but the last few times have not been a great experience. We were seated right away, and ordered drinks, but I eventually had to hunt someone down for our drinks after 10 minutes. I ordered no pink on my burger and after waiting quite a while for our food, my burger was practically raw so I had to send it back and wait some more. We tried three times this year to eat at our local Red Robin and each time it was gross! The fries used to be the best in town. Now they are limp, brown, and cold. :( What happened? Last week half of our party never got their food so we went to McDonald's to finish feeding the family. :( :(
I love Red Robin -- but the burgers seem a bit smaller than I remember.
