Great services, great burger. The location is very nice. Will be back again.
Hair in my food upon delivery and the waitress' response, "yeah". I ask her to remake the entire dish. It gets remade, but horribly. I wanted medium, but it was so overly well done, I couldn't even tell it was meat anymore. After dinner is done, she comes over and while she's finishing eating something and has food on grey mouth, asks, "So do you want your check or something?" Competed baffled, I say, "Or...what?" I'm appalled!
Waiter Agustín WORST service I ever had!! I do not recommend this place at all. Our server did not check on us one time after we ordered. He made us feel rushed to order and he was of no help at all. He constantly checked on tables that came in after us ensuring they had all they needed. We waited 30 minutes trying to order more food and deserts, but decided to just leave since he purposely skipped over our table more than 10 times.
