10 min to get recognized after being seated...just about every request was met with a 10-15 min wait...dirty tables that were not bussed in 20+ min. Endless fries were 7 fries at a time...my 3rd time to a RR... all experiences were so so at best. Not planning on giving them any more of my $.
We were a group of 8. Waiter was not good at all. I should have returned the terrible sweet potato fries. The big burgers were enjoyed.
This place has an odor problem. I love Red Robin but this location has smelled bad my last two visits. Can’t do it. Walk out!
Disappointing visit. Wasn’t even busy yet we had to wait 15 mins for a table when there were over 10 dirty tables just sitting empty. 2 servers on staff because of call outs they said. Our poor server did her best but we had to ask for refills on drinks and sides. Food was ok but we’ve certainly had better at Red Robin.
