Service sucked, can’t get order straight. Gave my fries to the table next to us
Recommendedgourmet burgers and beers.
We were seated quickly and the server was prompt and friendly. She took our order and after 30 minutes told us the grill was backed up and we were still 3 to 4 orders back. Asked for fries and were told she would try to get some. In the meantime our drinks were never filled and never saw a manager. Waited 10 more minutes with 2 starving toddlers and told server we were leaving. She was nice about it and said we were still awhile back from food. Spent almost an hour there and no food.
Burgers not cooked proper
the waitress was friendly iI had the wedge burger. Very good and the french fries were delicious. clean environment
They have great burgers and for great prices and endless fries for people like us on a budget. Four adults and 1 child cost $63. 😊 Jasmine our server did an awesome job. Thanks, Red Robin!
My daughter ate her only meal of the day, tbere, a few weeks ago and became so very ill that it required an extensive ER visit. The ER doctor confirmed food poisoning. She works as a chef and was ordered not to return to work for 3 days. Red Robin admin. has denied her claim. No one in my family or my friends will ever go to a Red Robin again. My 320 coworkers and some 300 to 400 passengers I deal with daily will also soon learn of her story.
