Food is actually excellent (5 stars)... service is sloooooooow. Liz is a good server but she needs more help. It took an hour to get in and out with one burger and a soup-n-salad order.

I sat there and another customer dissed myself as a Veteran and your employees didn't do shit about it! I will never eat there again!
I prefer this red robin way more the the Fairfield location!! Seth is the server I usually get and has always made sure my food has come out perfect. This Sunday I went with a friend who order shrimp and fries she forgot to let them know she was allergic to the lemon and he came over right away to make her feel at ease and ordered her a new entree. He also didn't make us feel like we had to rush to go. It's always clean and the service is great thank you red robin Vacaville!!!
