It seems that as Red Robin's prices are rusing, portion size, quality and correctness of order, and wait staff are on the decline. I used to give them 5 stars and now 4. I hope they turn around and do not descend to the mediocrity of a 3 star rating. Still dependable, just NOT as dependable.
Completely dissatisfied with our last visit. Waited for an hour for our food.
My family and I stopped to eat dinner here yesterday evening. The restaurant was quite empty and the service was very very slow. We asked for drink refills before our food arrived and did not get refills until after we were finished eating. My wife had asked for some of their new flavored ketchup and it took 15 minutes to get that. We never received any silverware which made it hard for my 8 year old daughter to eat her mandarin oranges.
