food was good, it took way to long after we were seated to get waited on, service was horrible,
everything was good til I got my check. My burger was suppose to be half off but I was told after the check came that I had to buy two burgers for the half off, very misleading!!!!
The Bacon Cheeseburger & fries were very good.....
Went for the first time to the Greensburg Red Robin.....went in and was seated right away after 15 minutes of sitting at a table NO one came to take a drink order or a food order.....got up and walked out, as we are passing the hostess, I said if you seat someone you should make sure a waitress knows.....her response was sorry it wasn't my fault......Too LITTLE to late....I will NEVER go back such crappy service and little care for customers....it's a wonder it's still open, and as I read the other comments, I see this is no... read more
The hostess that had been working yesterday at the Greensburg Irwin location was very rude and ignorant!
They really are great burgers! Wonderful service and hardly a wait. We all loved our food. It's a winner every time!!
Even though I had a 45 min wait (It was Sat night it happens) Our waitress was wonderful. The food was cook wonderfully although it did get backed up in the kitchen. I have never had a horrible experience and love that It is the one place that doesn't mind the fact I need a gluten free turkey burger.
