Went there this Sunday evening with friends, Got seated right away and didn't have to wait long before our server was at our table asking us what we wanted to drink and only a few minutes later came back to take our food order, Was very friendly and food was good .
My husband and I went to the Greensburg Red Robin. We always enjoy it there! Our waitress, Kendra, was losing her voice but she was awesome. She gave us drink refills and fry refills without even having to ask. We had a $25 giftcard, which paid the bill of $24.44 but we were pleased with her and gave her a well deserved $10 tip. Food is always delicious!
I love Red Robin! I chose it often. The onion rings are the best! I haven't had a burger that I didn't like!
The food was great the service was excellent the restaurant is clean and the people are very very friendly
We waited for an hour and a half to get seated.even tho they seated many that came in later. We were a party of nine and were offered seperate tables at about forty minutes but since it was kind of a birthday party we wanted to sit together.the hostess argued with us that we were offered seperate tables but we refused.Finally asked to see the manager and within a few minutes we were seated.Seems to me the place we were seated could have been made available much earlier as they ended up putting three tables together and lifti... read more
Quality and service was real good. Cleanliness has some issues. But you can't go wrong here..........
