Hello Teresa. We can understand your frustration with our mask policy. While we love to see our guests smile, face coverings are now required at all our Red Robin locations, to keep our Guests and Team Members safe. They must be worn when entering, exiting and moving around the dining areas, including the outdoor dining areas, but can be taken off while eating and drinking. Always had a great experience at this restaurant and always good food. The employees are friendly and very helpful and great atmosphere still great place all around!

Great food especially when it's my free birthday burger.
Went to red Robin. Fork was dirty. Got a tea. Had green stuff floating in it. Waitress says oh I'm sorry thats a dirty cup.. brings out another (dirty cup) manager comes out and she like oh I'm sorry and gives me a 2 go cup. Thats not fixing the situation. How about you go in the kitchen and figure out why the cups are coming out dirty..... Waitress was rude and didn't care. Very poor service. Smfh.
After witnessing a male waiter verbally attack a female patron asking for a table outside in the parking lot under a tent just because she didnt have a mask on is why I will never patronize Red Robin again especially at this location. when I enter a restaurant I dont want to feel threatened by staff.
