We were there during a fundraiser event for Special Olympics. I am always blown away by the huge hearts and welcoming staff at this location during our events. Manager Scott and his staff supported our kids, made sure we were well taken care of and encouraged us throughout the day, as did our most wonderful server, Nathan. He even joined us on his break! Great man! Thank you Red Robin for your support, and thank you staff for being so cool to our kids.! We had a very successful day and couldn't have done it without you!
The host was a smartass. Had to pick our own table. Sever took forever to just get our drink order. Then our order was messed up. Brought wrong salads. Entree had mushrooms when I asked for no mushrooms. Won't be going back to this location.

Awful. Awful service, poor attitude by our server AND manager. The food was room temp BOTH times it came out, since we asked them.to remake the first order. 2nd set of burgers was no better. Cheese didn't even melt on the meat. The meat patties look like the frozen, pre-formed, greasy things you but in the frozen section of Wal-Mart. But very poor quality and poor service to top it off. Extremely disappointed.
Always have a great experience!!!! Our family's favorite place to eat.
Fun family place. Good food and great service. We have birthdays and special events there. For kids and adults.
