RecommendedI’ve had a lot of burgers in my life and this one was BY FAR THE BEST ONE IVE EVER HAD. Rene in the kitchen KILLED IT! Mike was our server and he was NOTHING BUT PLEASANT! We will definitely be coming back over and over again! I got the Whiskey River BBQ burger and it was DELICIOUS.

This location is phenomenal and especially the cook renae. He cooked my girlfriend and I a whiskey river bbq burger and let me tell you, it was the best burger in my entire life. So much so that I made a yelp account just to leave him a good review there as well. Give that man a raise!!!!! Excellent service from mike as well.

Our family has been going to Red Robin for our kids' "free" birthday dinners for years. Today the Red Robin in Parker would not honor our son's coupon because he is 17 and they expected him to order a "kid's" meal. He has been ordering an adult burger for years with no issues. The manager "Tiffany" refused to allow the order. Since we ordered in advance online we could not even change the order.
Terrible customer service. Just for a simple inquiry the Manager was very arrogant and rude. Telling a customer they refuse to refund for an item on your bill that you ordered but they didn’t fulfill is completely ridiculous. Then saying they don’t have time to listen to your request, that they are really busy and then hanging up, completely unprofessional.
The service here is amazing!!!!
