Sitting at Red Robin with the family waiting to eat. After waiting for 45 minutes, all burgers were medium rare after requesting well done! I hate wasting my time! Sorry service! Will not return.
Food was good, loved the bottomless fries. Service was friendly but very slow, we waited on our fries and Mac and cheese refills for quite a while, then my son's Mac and cheese had plastic in it.
Kudos to the hostess Cassie!! We walked in and was told there was a 30 min wait. Our 6 year old daughter said her sugar was feeling low (she has Type 1 diabetes) and before I could even check her the hostess took off and brought her a side of fries and a drink! She was 48 . I graciously thanked her and she said no worries I have diabetes in my family and we don't play around! I'm going to recommend a raise for her lol! Our service and food were both also great. We definitely recommend this place!
The food cost too much and had to wait of 15 min to be seated
Overpriced burgers. My burger was dry. Don't ask for mustard. The server said they may or may not have any. No mustard at a burger place? They actually had some and the server said it might be the only one. The fries might be endless, but they are tasteless. This was the first time going there and last. They have a nice jingle, But that is about it.
My husband and I love it here. We always ask for Josh to be our waiter. Five star food and service. Never disappointed!!
We waited for over 15 minutes for a table while greeter continued to seat other people A group left and as they did, told us the food was cold, we could see plates sitting there, not being taken to tables, and said the manager was crappy too! So we decided to leave and the greeter said awesome!! Ruined all Red Robins for me. Someone needs to come to this restaurant and give them an attitude adjustment!
I come to this red robin, located outside coastal grand mall regularly. Ever since my first visit awhile back, which was an amazing experience, I have yet to have a bad experience. Excellent service, Great fast and friendly staff. Management is on the floor, visible for customers and associates. Food is on point! I tip according to service , which means I'm going broke due to tips! 6/5
