love the food, love the mai-tais more! friendly staff!
Just decided to go for a quick lunch and decided to go to Red Robin.....so happy i did.....I had a double cheeseburger and of course the endless fries......the girl who was my server was very nice, and she helped me when it came to paying the bill......I usually go there at least once a week, sometimes more.......I adore your onion rings....I moved to Myrtle Beach 8 years ago with my husband, and he used to love to come here.....there are no RR near where we lived in Connecticut, so this was a treat for us.....My husband pas... read more
We went there yesterday for lunch. The Burger was great, service was excellant a nd the waitress was very friendly and did a excellent job. The only thing is they should give you more fries with your burge, when your order comes because you are done with the fries, before you are done with your burger befoe you get your next order of fries. Other than that everything was outstanding.

I really like Red Robin great burgers (had the patty melt with bacon very good). My only complaint is we got their guacamole and salsa appetizer and the guacamole & salsa come out in those tiny to go containers that usually hold some condiment. Come on man serve some guacamole!
Food was great! The server on the other hand was horrible...the manager did happen to ask, so we told and she did make our experience better...we like to dine there bc they offer gluten free options.
The food is always good to great. The service is fair to good. The food always comes hot and cooked as ordered, but we never know what kind of service we will get. Refills for drinks or fries are non existent.
