Great food and atmosphere!
We came in today for lunch and our waiter was fine. The biggest problem was that there was 8 people in our group and 2 people got their lunch and then we waited another 25 min for the rest of our group to receive our meals. Another issue is my kids love your Mac n cheese and my daughters came out and it was literally a ball of shredded cheese that had been melted over the pasta. We have had it before and not sure if you ran out of the ingredient to make your regular Mac n cheese but this attempt was very subpar. Disappointed... read more
Got seated and 15 min later nothing not even a HBKMA told the manager and walked out
Been coming here off and on for the last 4 months. No one has ever had a problem with me vaping till today. I would be cool about it if the the store manager hadn't of been a complete a'hole about it in front of my fiancée and half the patrons. Corporate office will be talked to about this guy.
This is the only chain restaurant that I like, always great burgers, endless fries and your drinks are never empty ( they even give you to go cups ). Get a rewards card you get great perks. If going to the Overland Park location be sure to ask for Paula , she is the greatest !
