Just got back from the garden grove location. I went to the wrong location to pick up my online order and they were willing to remake it for me so my pregnant wife and two year old wouldn't have to eat cold food. Awesome manager so grateful! Customer for life!
We sat in the bar area and server was great. Just don't remember her name she was nice and blonde straight hair.
Waitress Valarie was not very nice. She wouldn't even bring fries out to the table until she knew we were buying something that included fries. Even if we didn't, couldn't we have bought them??? I ordered my daughter an Oreo cookie milk shake, she assumed I was asking for child's size, so when I asked for the big one she told me it doesn't matter because it is 7 oz anyway. When we first got there they said it would be a 40 minute wait but it only took about 25 which was good. The hostess sat us down and was really quite friendly. The waiter came up and asked us if we wanted to get drinks and if we wanted any appetizers. He was extremely sore spoken so not sure if he said his name. He brought us drinks and took the order for the two babies. It took a really long time before he came back for the adults food order. Had my first RR burger in fort myers Florida and it was shamazing ..... ordered the same burger here and it tasted nothing like my first one

Had my Birthday Burger today with my boy. As usual, food was great, made just the way I ordered it. The service was fantastic. Shout out to Jacqui lynn. What a wonderful person she is. Always a smile. Made our visit just that much better. You have a keeper there !
