Disgusted that Red Robin approves of transgender restrooms. I always take my 3 & 8 year old boy to the woman's public restroom, and tonight we experienced a man in plain clothes, not with a child, in the bathroom. Staff says they let either gender go to either bathroom, and they don't plan to post signs that they are "neutral" bathrooms as they called it nor do they plan to build a family bathroom. I will never patronage #redrobin again
Great food and awesome service way better then Hemet
I've given this restaurant so many chances. Done. Yesterday we went to take advantage of the free tavern burger. Even free it wasn't worth it! Looks nothing like pic, we ordered fries UNSALTED and well done. 45 min later they came undercooked and heavily salted. "Brad" explained it wasn't his fault the milkshake machine broke so he couldn't check on us for a half hour..excuse me??? Just said sorry and walked away. The restaurant lost my order in the system and we sat almost an hour until they figured it out. My meal was free which is why I am rating it 2 stars. It took three times asking for refills and extra sauces. All you can eat fries was offered once they figured out my order was lost. First set of fries were cold. Seats were sticky, service was lacking and on table check out machine rebooted twice. I'll go to the Menifee Red Robin from here on out.
