The service is horrible at this place. As you see in other comments many people agree. I was not impressed by the service.

Your service sucks dick. No refills, no hey hows your dinner, no more bottomless fries. You guys need help . You suck.
I’m here midday on a Saturday a week and a half before Xmas. Starving. I counted at least 6 empty tables. Yet, after waiting 5-6 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us, I’m told that there will be at least a 25 minute wait and can’t so much as seat at one of the empty tables to wait. Asked why: not enough servers.... which is pretty much the definition of poor service by a restaurant chain!!!
Service was poor or deplorable. Kids meal pizza had a melted plastic wrap on it. My daughter spilled her juice and it took them 10 minutes to attend to the accident. Wiped the juice with paper towels and left everything wet and sticky. It was not busy at all. Manager guy asked me what I wanted done about the plastic on the pizza. Like, hello!!!! Get me a new one and dont charge me for it!!! Will never go back to this Red Robin. Also, it was so hot and stuffy inside.
Service was horrible. It was not that busy and our waitress was very slow and once our initial order was delivered she disappeared. When we caught her we asked for refills for the kids and drinks for the adults. We waited over 30 minutes and again when we finally saw her again she had to be reminded for the refills and we never got the drinks. She also forgot the birthday sundae for my granddaughters. Very disappointing. 😒
