we started out with fried pickles good, them got The blue ribbon Burger outstanding
we had a great server and really good food.
They messed up a simple hamburger order. I asked for bacon & onion rings only and it took them three tries..

Usually the food and service is good and on point. But our server and are food as well we're not up to par. And to have a server arrested in front of us wasn't very inviting either... I guss it was just a bad day for all.
We normally love this location, usually great service, great food and of course the unlimited fries. Today nothing was removed from our small table (onion ring holder, appetizer plates and used sauces. This made for a very uncomfortable experience. What topped of our unusually bad experience was we asked for more fries and sauce and she brought the sauce and no fries. we finally just asked for our check. Hopefully this is not the new norm.
Waitstaff was excellent. The cooks for horrible, waited for almost an hour for food, the waitress comped us with extra fries and sodas to go.
Food was tasty and service was good.
The atmosphere was very good. I especially loved the dipping sauces for the fries. The burgers was well prepared and tasted excellent. I would definitely go back.
