Seriously the worst service I’ve ever had. Our waiter didn’t put our order in for our food and after waiting and hour after he finally put it in it was incorrect. Probably won’t return after this experience! ��

Our dining experience is consistent and always good! The fries when they come out are in abundance whether they're the sweet potatoes are regular fries and our sandwiches burgers are always just the way we order it. The atmosphere is always good however when we were last there there were three servers I believe that dropped dishes and abruptly startled us while we were eating. Other than that Red Robin is one of our favorite places to go as a family. Coach nasis
My husband and I met for lunch. My food was good. But my husband's fries were cold. This is the 2nd time this happens. The first time we sent them back. This time my husband just left them. The silverware is so cheap. I hope it gets better because we really do like the burgers.
