Waited n waited poor service and waitress dont care attitude
My burger was so burnt and hard, I couldn't get a knife through it. (take a look at the photo on my timeline) The manager was expediting the kitchen and hand delivered the replacement burger, which was exactly the same as the first. He didn't seem to care one bit when the very apologetic waiter took it back to him and left me without a meal while the rest of my table ate. The restaurant chain it self is good just had a bad experience at the Austin location that I feel they are sweeping the incident under the rug as if its not important. Food was fried way to hard and broke a tooth I'm not a complainer but I am not happy how they are not showing any concern. Corporate should be notified of lack of response to the situation.
Great restaurant with excellent portions for the prices and a good wait staff!
Burger was good. Fries and onion rings great. Service was excellent. It was my birthday. Atmosphere was good
