Usually this place is awesome ,but went there tonight for dinner and the waiter took forever to check on us,to take our order..bring our food ..everything..then my husband ordered his side as broccoli to try and eat healthy..which shows as Bottomless...the brought out a very small bowl with about 4 broccoli in it..then took forever to bring more . Took so long for our waiter to appear again I almost had to call over a manager ..I am Very disappointed by the service we received here tonight..may just go to chilis next time..N... read more
One of the best places to get a delicious hamburger
Love, the service and atmosphere. Very friendly staff and management.
Ate here last Sunday. The staff from the waitress, cooks, and manager were very attentive to my child's food allergy. They customized her dish for her. My daughter loved when they gave her an iPad so that she could use it to help her figure out to eat based on her allergy! When we got the receipt I was pleased to see ALLERGY ALERT on it which means the people preparing her meal could see that too! We will be visiting this location much more often! Thank You Red Robin! It was a great experience!
We had the best server today. Her name was Krystal it was as if she were reading our minds. She would bring refills before we could ask.
