Good food and service
They had a promotion for Veterans day for a free burger and fries for veterans, so I went. I get there, and once seated the server informed me that it was only for people who are members of the Red Robin club or something. So I asked her where do I sign up? She said that once you become a member, you have to print out the coupon and bring it in. What a sham! Using Veterans day to fool people into coming in, and making it seem to the public that they're doing something good.
What a great experience! My last american meal right there was unforgettable!!! Great company and fantastic service
The burgers aren't too bad, but the service was terrible, and they miss represented themselves. I went there on Memorial day, because they had advertised that they were giving veterans a free meal. When I ordered my food, and let the server know that I was a veteran, she said that that was only for people who are already part of the rewards program. Needless to say, I am never going to eat there again, and I'm going to let everyone know how I was treated.
We had a bad experience...my BF ordered a veggie burger & around the second bite,she noticed it was frozen, & the manager asked if she wanted another one, but said Nooo thank you!!!
I had awesome service today. Megan was an awesome server.
Very delicious
I'm a fries lover so I get to eat as much as I want n besides the fries have agreat tasting spice
