Perfect ambiance,our favorite music. Excellent server,awesome personality ~ John Joseph Johnson. He makes our visits here so fun & full of great vibes. My 92 yr old Dad's,now,a fan of my favorite place to dine,chill & celebrate with family &/or friends. Lovely time as our service dog,Libby,is so welcome. Appreciate the grace of acceptance. I can't even comment on the service because I never got a chance to experience it. My sister and I sat for more than 10 minutes at a table without being acknowledged. We watched the guy who was supposed to be serving us stop by our neighboring table 3 times and take a drink order for some people who were seated 5 minutes after us. Completely unacceptable in my opinion. My sister and I made the drive over to Alamo Ranch to eat at this Red Robin and were waited on maybe 1 minute (or less) after we were seated. First time eating Red Robin and it was amazing.. service by our server Kenneth was outstanding and the food was delicious... definitely will be eating there next time im in San Antonio.

My partner now has food poisoning we will not be eating the bottomless fries with the sauce Ive never had any problems until yesterday its 1 in the morning he is terribly sick since the visit
