Apparently they or at least one employee and manager do NOT tolerate views that might oppose their own so much to the extent of putting freakin hand sanitizer on their customers food. Taking crap, behind your customers backs, on social media while at work??? Are you freaking kidding me. No! More! Hate! Don’t with Red Robin and we just ate there a few days ago. Never again! Spreading the world.

RecommendedMy son and I had a very inviting experience. The Manager was amazing She was very professional, knowledgeable of her Menu and made suggestions to please. She grabbed a section and assisted her staff. Nowadays it's really hard to find decent customer service. However, the exceptional service we received tonight has renewed my faith in dining out.

I had to wait close to an hour and a half for a table. I got no apology for the wait. My waitress only checked on me a couple times. Then I went to speak with the manager, and he was busy, so I spoke to someone else, and I got no apology at all. This is the 4th time I’ve gotten slow service
all food was cold. the burgers, the fish and the fries. tasted as if the food was made in advanced and kept room temperature.

RecommendedWe were celebrating our birthdays and were getting our free birthday burgers. The service was great - so fast that it made our heads spin. They were very helpful and courteous. The good was so good that we couldn't finish it all and had to bring leftovers home. It was super great to get the free ice cream sundae as a birthday treat. Highly recommend this Red Robin to all. Great job with social distancing and masks. Our concerns over going out were alleviated by the wonderful staff!
