We went to check in this weekend just to sit and eat as my cousin and I had our children with us . The ( I believe the manager ) was helping with seating up front and she asked me something and since it was super loud , I pulled my mask down ( I was 6 feet away ) , she automatically asked me to put my mask back up and didn’t let me speak Until I had it completely up. We ordered and used a delivery service. When we received our food, 3 out of 4 meals were not what I had ordered. The food was soggy. I called Red Robin to let them know there may be a computer error. I was informed the wrong meals were punched in and she’ll refund me one entree. We won’t be ordering from them again.

Absolutely disgusting that Red Robin would allow such discrimination, it should not matter what you believe or who you support we are all humans. Red Robin has always been one of my favorite places to eat, sadly I now have to re-examine my choice of restaurant to associate myself with. If you would have asked me a week ago where I wanted to eat I would have quickly replied with let’s hit Red Robin, now my answer is Buffalo Wild Wings. Had the unfortunate experience of a claim of 15 minute wait. Then ended up being 34 minutes with 4 other tables sat before us that checked in after us including a party of 3. When we sat we were ready to order however our server just walked away. She then checked in on the party across from us but nothing with us. Slow and mismanaged front of the house.

Messed my order up 2 different times. Blames it on door dash so they don’t have to deal with it. But the bags are sealed? Managers are useless. Each time they sent out a new order with a different driver. First time they didnt send a burger and fries, pretzel bites and soft drink. 2nd time they sent the pretzel bites but forgot the burger and fries and soft drink. 0 stars from me

Quit employing staff that poison customers because they dont share same political beliefs.
