After going in and needing a table of 10 last night at 5:20 I was told it would be a 20-30min wait. We all waited outside in the cold before finally heading to our cars to warm up. Someone in our party went to check in and was told they didn’t know how long it would be for our table. We’ll after an hour had gone by I called to check since it had been so long. Never received shake. Food was cold. Sandwich wasn’t well done as per special instructions. Had some nasty sauce on both sandwiches never choose. Chicken had pickles never ordered that way. Both had lettuce never ordered that way. Meat was pink and specific on order to be well done and no pink. Disgusting. Thrown away.

Wait times were terrible. Waited too long for waitress to take our order, even longer wait for food. No refills offered. 2 of our burgers under cooked and French Fries cold. Waited too long for waitress to bring ticket...ended up paying on computer on table. Never been to such a terrible Red Robin. Not very busy and was in there for over an hour and a half!
