RecommendedDo I love Red Robin? YES! Am I frustrated with the new mask requirements? YES! My friend and I wanted a famous Red Robin hamburger and at the last minute headed over to get one. We didn't have masks with us... nor does our county presently require them. We walked in and the greeter was nice and did her job graciously emphasizing we would not be allowed to eat in the restaurant without masks. My wife and I have valid medical exemptions for masks. The manager very rudely kicked us out of the restaurant and refused to listen to our exemption. She said it’s company policy and that they don’t honor exemptions. She was extremely rude in her delivery and never even offered to serve us in our vehicle, which is supposedly standard for exemptions. We will NEVER frequent this restaurant again.

Never in my life have I had a waiter (his name is Josh, short little scrawny guy with a bald spot) call me a dick from 20 feet away loud enough for other tables to look at home and then me. Later found out my younger brother heard him refer to my family and me as "rude motherf☆☆☆ers" to another coworker.
