Went to Red Robin in Arlington tonight. We chose this restaurant chain because it was listed as having reliable gluten free options according to a special app that I have. Well I asked our waiter about the gluten free menu and he said that he didn't have one we could read. It was only available online! Excuse me? FEBRUARY 20,2015 Around 4:43 pm, place a order to go 2 chicken sandwich, 1 was not done- other they gave me a chicken strip not happy, Called Manager of the store J, bad attitude, basically didn't believe me because he was asking the same question over n over about the order, I want a refund , then you need to bring the food back that was not eaten. Never, again will I eat their- very disappointed
