Ordered the whiskey BBQ chicken sandwich, it wasn't cooked all the way, ordered a cheese burger to go well done for my husband, had to cook it when I got home because it was raw, the garlic fries where amazing! I think they need to worry more about cooking the food properly than to get it out fast!

We are at the Red Robin in the Highlands and we have the absolute Best Waiter EVER!!! Great experience.
Had dinner here last night with my best friend. We were seated right away and our server was prompt with taking our order. My friend got the fried pickles for an appetizer, I forget what they call them in the menu. She said they were good. I got a cheeseburger and she got the Chili cheeseburger. They were bought cooked well and were good. Nothing amazing but a good burger. They both came with bottomless steak fries.
