The food seems to be declining. I had avocado on my veggie burger today and it was brown. I wish i could post a picture, but it seems they don’t allow pictures. I wonder why? There have been many changes, most not good.
Great tasting burgers but a little on the pricey side.
Went at 5pm on a Saturday. You would THINK drink orders could be filled at a reasonable rate, not here. Service started out poor and continued to get worse. Despite not being busy at all, drinks were empty and it took way too long to even see our waiter. Food is fine but not worth going back.
Seated and drink/appetizer orders taken quickly. Sat around long time for 2 waters, 1 kid's chocolate milk, and 2 beers - each came separately and chocolate milk came after 2 beers received...which was after waiter came back to get different beer orders since they were out of original beer requested. Fried pickles were good, but after we sat for 20 minutes before the waiter came back to get dinner order, even though he dropped food off to surrounding tables, we asked for check. Overpriced....burger was soggy and fries half done
We are evacuees from hurricane Harvey & Red Robin paid for our lunch! Brought us to tears, it was so touching my family & I are so stressed we live in between Houston & Galveston. The waitress was one of the best I've ever had! God bless the waitress & the management for being a blessing from God � I can't say enough good things about this restaurant
