Wish I could give 10 stars...SHROOM BURGER Perfection!!!
Server nice, but service was slow. Get real $4.99 for soda (unlimited or not is highway robbery). Ordered $5 onion rings and $5 fried Pickles. O-rings where great, crispy & nice, but the fried pickle chip’s texture was like it had been been puréed then made into pickle chips. My guess is that they were frozen, thawed and frozen again. We usually go straight to the bar, I get a mix drinks and he had a beer fried pickles burgers fast good and really good price
Lunch on Sunday with family. Food and service were pretty good, but the interior needs an update badly. Old, nasty carpet, banged-up walls, out-of-date paint. Could use new furniture too. The whole place just had an old feel to it. Invest in your property!
Came in about an hour before closing, the staff could not have been better! Greet food, good service, enjoyed my dining experience with ya’ll!
Red Robin in Grapevine needs a facelift. The food is great but, the service was super slow our server was very polite but, he looked warnout. Restaurant itself looks so Outdated, Red Robin needs to step up and remodel this Grapevine location dimming the lights don’t help hide the warnout carpet and decore. My wife and I eat at the Brand New Red Robin in Fort Worth across from the Alliance Town Center every other Friday. The restaurant is brand new and the staff is great and the food service is quick. Everything was good when we first got there,the waiter was very attentive but towards the end of the meal he stopped showing up. We ordered dessert and it never came and still ended up having to pay for it. Had to hunt him down to pay our bill.
The service was sub par. My family member had to get our own silverware. Food was left on the warmer for over 10 minutes. The place was practically empty and it took us forever to get service from our waitress. The food is delicious but the crappy service will keep me from coming back.
