I come here often, but the last couple of visits, horrible. Waitress kept coming to table with excuses, just a HORRIBLE VISIT ALL THE WAY AROUND THIS TIME. Won't be back for a minute.
Very good food and great server. Hostess was a little unfriendly but otherwise excellent. Definitely worth a try.
First time an more than likely my last... Waiter had a matter of fact attitude..."Oh I forgot to put your order in" when brought to his attention, he didn't offered to get it made...So yeah...my last time

It was nice the waiter was pleasantly nice and my Bacon Burger was good my kids like there food as well this was my second time eating there the first time was in Arlington and yesterday was cedar hill RR YUMMM
Wonderful food and very kind (and patient) waitress.
Disappointed. The commercials definitely hype up the business more than what it really is. Driving 20+ minutes for a 'gourmet' burger I figured would of been at least worth the drive. Overpriced. Customer service was terrible. Dine In little after 2pm on a Monday so they shouldn't be busy at all right? They should be able to take care of one of the only few customers inside. Would not recommend for anyone to try if first time or in area.
