We come here quite often, my son LOVES Red Robin and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this location!! We are ALWAYS BLESSED to have Katrina as our waitress! She's AMAZING!! We experience GREAT service from everyone but somehow Katrina remembers how my son loves his sundaes!!���
Long wait to get seated. Long wait to get waited on once seated. Took forever to get food. Part of the food was cold and it didn’t all come at one time. Terrible service-no refills, no checking on us. A burger place shouldn’t be a 2 1/2 hour dinner experience! We specifically went for the shakes. Our kindergarten graduate specifically requested the place for that reason. Didn’t find out until after everything was ordered and she went off to get the drinks that she came back 20 minutes later telling us there was no ice cream.... read more
