I went to Red Robins on yesterday to have a early dinner ..let me just start with first of all there were no people in there but it took a long time for a waiter to come to serve me at my table and the waiter who served me has some type of cold sore on his lip which was very gross and I really didn't want him serving me after that my food came out the french fries were stale the food was nasty the service was awful I will never go back to Red Robins again

Today was my first time. Either they were extremely short-staffed or busier than what appeared to me because no one even said "hello" to me at my seat for 30 minutes. I was too tired from work to leave. The bartender Cassie made up for everything once she clocked in and greeted me. The burger was tasty, but ill return just for Cassie's smile.
