Horrible. Ordered protein chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sandwich came with just the chicken n 2 slices of tomatoes, 1 cut onion ring . Sweet potatoes were cold like no other...

My husband and I were off to a rough start here at Red Robin’s today almost waiting 5 minutes at a table and Chris noticed we haven’t been taken care of & stepped up to serve us. His going above and beyond is truly appreciated.
Well everything went well 4rm my margarita to my salad I enjoyed every bit!!!!!
I decided to cash in my free birthday burger by doing a to go order. Now I wish I would of just passed. Fries were hard and taste like they were cooked a hr ago. The burger was cold as well. How is everything cold when I picked up the order within 10 mins of calling in the order? I probably won't be going back!
