RecommendedWe got curbside pickup tonight. Our order had lots of extra dipping sauces and special requests for our burgers. Everything was perfect in the order. Nothing missing or put together incorrectly. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Since we were not really able to dine in right now this was wonderful to celebrate a family birthday.

Received 2 food orders from Red Robin today. Both were cold and stale. The burger had mildew on the bun. Big green fuzzy spot. Disgusting. How could they not see that? Also, they didn't seem to concerned about it when I called them. The last time I ordered from Red Robin was a few months ago. I never received my food. It took me almost a month to get my money back for food I never received. At that point I decided I wouldn't order from Red Robin again. After 8 months I thought I would try again.

Recommendedfood was really good. Fist round of zucchini and fries were cold but second baskets were good server must have been busy because we had really long waits for drink refills and no napkins or silverware. over all good food though.

RecommendedAte in Topeka on 11/7. Seated at 1:45 and it took 45 minutes before our order was taken. We asked for fries multiple times, we got 3 baskets about 1/3 full. Eight people and literally enough fries for each to have a handful. My wrap was stiff, not sure why, I just emptied it and ate the filling. Didn’t leave until 3:45. We absolutely love Red Robin but this experience left a lot to be desired.
