This location is denying access to the Red Robin in Jackson for not wearing a mask or breaking HIPPA and showing medial documents of medical conditions. Someone today was told that They had to wear one to the seat and then could take it off. They told them it could send them into a seizure and she would be calling an ambulance and she said well you are welcome to order take out. I've been coming to this location for over 15 years. It's sad to see the quality slip so far. I placed a to-go order around 1:45 and the website said to pick it up about 2:05. Perfectly reasonable. I picked up the order and found a parking spot, started eating just a few minutes after getting the food. It was immediately clear that the order had sat out for quite some time.
