One of the worst experiences service wise I have ever had. My friend and I waited for a server to come to our table( 15 mins we waited). This family that came 10 minutes after us, who were sat down in our section got noticed before we did. So we walked out, I used to think highly of Red Robin... I'm very disappointed. For now on I will be only going to the St.Pete Location...

Although most servers were cut for the night at 7:30 pm?.. We still managed to get a nice guy. Apparently, however he was "in the weeds". We waited FOREVER to get our drinks (which was brought at the END of our meal, napkins and yes even forks! The burger was good, which was a relief. He said he'd comp our ONE drink, and brought our bill. Once he finally got it to us, it was only $30.00 for 2 adults and 2 kids. I paid gladly. While eating lunch at the Countryside Mall (Florida) location at 11:30am, with two children under the age of 1 1/2 we had a great waiter and great food. It wasn't until we were leaving the manager came to us and lectured us about how were we're not aloud to seat where we sat (where the host sat us). She then in front of the patrons that were there that next time we come we would not be aloud to sit there. This was completely unnecessary and embarrassing!!
